The Family Tree Restaurant was originated in 1985 by a mother-and-son team, Jesse and Nan Smith. Sister Leslie purchased it on January 1, 2006. The main dining room was originally built by by Wayne Smith, husband and father. The kitchen used to be the Santaquin City Post Office, and later on, a floral shop. The west banquet room used to be a restaurant, garage, billiards parlor, and the local bust stop for many years. Our staff is made up of a family matriarchy-Grandma Nana, Mother Leslie, family and friends!

The recipes we use have been handed down through generations. We pride ourselves on our homemade food and it's as good as Grandma used to make. Anything you choose to eat her will bring back fond memories of home and family. The ancestral and recent family pictures were collected through the help and generosity of many native Santaquinites. "The Family Tree" a song that was written by Debbie Smith, predicates our feelings to our customers. So from our Family Tree to yours...

We Welcome You!
